On a day when I should have been working on tarts – small, pastry cream-filled tarts, covered with raspberries, I was instead climbing up:
Which is why I decided that committing to a blog might help me commit to my choices. I moved to this wild and remote land so that I could be outside and also so that I might find a way to bake. I’ve just started up my own pastry business and it just won’t work if I keep finding excuses to hike, will it!
So, with that in mind, I’m promising to write for you once a week, about both pastry and the outdoors.
And now, back to the tarts….!
